Visitor scoop for the S.G. (SIAP)

Unfortunately it's from a different outlet but definitely valuable information. And there are some big-time visitors that are looking to show up for the spring game.

Bama Spring Game

Having a beer at DIA waiting for my plane to Seattle. Quick get away for a couple days and Bama happens to be on. So hard to tell anything from spring games and it feels like half the coverage is of the coach.

I know a lot of people are down on him but I think the guy has shown he is a heck of a coach. The SEC goes through UGA and maybe, @mrmcbeath45 , Ole Miss. Hard to not see Bama right there with those two as well as LSU. I suspect he does a great job but might still get run out if he hasn’t made the title game in 3 years which jsut got a lot harder with an expanded playoff.

2025 DL Trajen Odom recaps first visit to CU

Trajen Odom is a California native who is now in North Carolina, and he has been well traveled this spring criss-crossing the country taking visits to some of the priority schools on his offer list. The 6-foot-5 defensive lineman made a key stop in Boulder over the weekend as he was finally able to take an long-anticipated trip to Colorado.

The Buffs left the high three-star prospect impressed as Deion Sanders and his staff look to beat out an impressive list of programs in pursuit of the versatile 2025 recruit.

"It was great being out there seeing the school for the first time," he told CU Sports Report. "Spending time with coach and the staff really made me see that they are all genuine and real. They make it a family environment, and hearing the vision of coach of plans to elevate the program is great."

He's diving back into setting up some more official visits but as of now Ohio State, USC and Oregon are all set to host the Inglewood, Calif. native later this spring. He's got a visit to North Carolina planned Friday and could visit South Carolina Saturday but will then take a break to reflect on his recent string of trips.

CU seems to have put itself more into the mix after his weekend visit.

TOS 247 is a Cesspool . . .

. . . some guy - a pretty loyal fan and subscriber - put up a pretty innocuous post last week stating that he had heard some of the players got in Shedeur's ear about the Paris Fashion thing and voiced their displeasure. Which shouldn't really be surprising. The poster reaffirmed that it's what he heard from a fairly reliable source. Didn't say it was Gospel -just relaying what he heard. It's called the internet, right?

The result? The guy got ruthlessly attacked for almost a full week by the Cult of Deion . It was nasty and insane. AM had to shut the thread down it was out of control. Frankly, they should rename that board the "Branch Deionvidians" . It's nuts. Warren Sapp? They're all for it. Anybody questioning his hire is a Boulder PC partisan, Karl Dorrell lover and a hater.

That board is an embarrassment.

So how long does Deion stay??

Just saw on the local news tonight, that his daughter, who is a walk-on on the women’s B-ball team, is in the transfer portal. (Along with a couple of other young scholarship players, that saw limited action, but have some upside, for sure.) She played a couple of games at Jackson State, before transferring here mid-season, so I believe redshirted last year, since she joined the team during the season. She’s listed as a freshman this past season, so probably has three years of eligibility left. The news report said she played a total of 11 minutes this season. I saw her in garbage time, in a couple of games, and she’s maybe 5’5” max, and doesn’t really look like a major college player out there, although she didn’t look terrible either. So my point is both of his boys are done after next season, and I thought if she stuck around at CU, and graduated, maybe he’d stay as long as she was here. (I had heard Deion say that she loved it here, and being part of the team, coaches, etc, but apparently now, she’s planning to move on.) So there’s one less reason for Deion to stay, after next season. Anybody have any thoughts?
