Figured this one deserved its own thread. Freshman cornerback Cormani McClain is entering the transfer portal after one season with the Buffs. The former five-star recruit and top-rated cornerback in the 2023 class made four starts and played in 10 games in his first season. He finished the year with 13 tackles but also found it difficult to get on the field at times with the Buffs.

“This year is gonna be different,” Seaton said.

Seems like a bit of sour grapes because I'm pretty sure they really wanted him to succeed (especially as such a high profile recruit), but it does say something some of us are concerned about:

After Texas offensive line transfer Payton Kirkland's visit to Colorado over the weekend, he decided to make the full move the Boulder and commit to the Buffs.

The Buffs have an incoming commitment. The expectation is that it will be announced tomorrow. Someone the staff has been on for a long time is all I can say right now. The amount of eyes emoji do not indicate that there have been eight commitments according to Devin Rispress ... just to confirm haha

Looks like they have a main stream and a stream for each one of the mats.

Olympic trails and the Olympics itself is one of the reasons I was glad I got Peacock for free when it was the frist 3 years or so or now at a like $2 a month thru Xfinity

I watched the boxing trials from December on replay last month on Peacock.
