Warren Sapp Concerns at CU

But Sapp also has another history, involving violence against women, that has raised concerns in Colorado at the same time, leading to questions about his hiring there and how the university would address it after a previous scandal there led to pledges of no tolerance for domestic violence.

Covid Strikes!

My wife, Diane and I tested positive for Covid two days ago. She was prescribed Paxlovid; however, due to blood thinners, I am not a candidate. So, I was sent home with the advice of getting plenty of rest, staying hydrated and making sure to call 911 if I find myself having difficulty breathing. I hope it doesn't come to that!
Please send good thoughts and prayers our way. Thank you in advance.

Lady Buffs #3

Love this story. Let’s just keep it going. Lots of tough games coming up and a chance to keep moving up.

Where does UW go

Aside from picking up a new coach they have to deal with a lot of players leaving for the NFL and likely the transfer portal.

They lose Penix and now Rogers is transferring too. Top WR, top RB and a slew of defensive players all leaving for one reason or another.

Even if the coach stayed this was going to be a tougher year. Now it seems they could be looking at a couple year climb back up.

Who is the new coach ?
What does everyone see for them this year?
How long until they can compete for the BIG?

Amazing how things can change so much in one week

OT: DU basketball

I was looking at Jerry Palms NCAA bracket and currently he has Denver in as a 15th seed against Arizona.

They went 15-17 (6-12 in the Summit) last year, this year they are 11-7 (2-1 in the Summit). One Saturday they beat South Dakota St 99-80 at home. They have never been to the D1 NCAA tourney. Interesting not is that first place school in the Summit St. Thomas is not eligible for the NCAA tourney as they are in a transition period from moving up from D3. Nebraska-Omaha is second in the conference.
