I landed on the Day 2 of the women's today
No men made the finals in an event. Kole Mathison competed in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase, but finished 8th in his prelim.
Women:
400 M Hurdles: 8. Abbey Glynn
5000 Meters Final: 3. Bailey Hertenstein, 7. Ella Baran
Heptathlon Long Jump: 8. Avery McMullen
Heptathlon Javelin Final: 11. Avery McMullen
Heptathlon 800 Meters Final: 15. Avery McMullen
Events CU athletes competed in, but did not make the finals
4x400 Meter Relay - 9th in prelim
Joy Moorer
Emma Pollak
Avery McMullen
Abbey Glynn
Two impressive things I saw today: Arkansas women's 400 meter runners are so strong. 1-4 in the individual 400 meter and won by just under 6 seconds in the 4X400. Also Parker Valby from Florida won the NCAA 10K a couple days ago and won the 3000 K today by over 8 seconds
