Friday Night Lights

Went to my first High School football game since graduating myself. My 8th grader was at the Heritage game tonight checking it out as he decides which school to attend next year.
What a great atmosphere. So much fun with good ball being played, families having fun, cheer squad, band etc.
I can see the appeal. Definitely will do that again.
As an aside Heritage looks to have a few decent players.

Staff roundtable: Perspective and predications for Colorado-Cal

Apologies for the delay on this. Had a few different things going on at once today.

But here, we answer the key questions facing CU heading into tomorrow's matchup with Cal. Will this team win a game the rest of the season? Who's CU's most logical coaching candidate? Who will win Saturday?

Basketball Scrimmage this Saturday Morning, 9:00 AM

I will defintlely be going to get a glimps of the Buffs, especially the new players. This team is at least 10 deep and these types of scrimmages are rare so I am anxious to check the team out. I hope others can make it too.
@Ryan Young and @Nikkieds, who is going to be covering this and reporting on it?
Are we going to see some interviews?
Thanks...

Countdown to Camp series

Again, as I noted in the thread yesterday from the first practice, I got my days mixed up and didn't realize they were starting earlier than every other Pac-12 team, so I hadn't posted Nicolette's last camp preview stories until yesterday. She had them in -- I just hadn't posted them. But I wanted to put them all in one spot in case anyone wants to catch up:

Quarterbacks
Running backs
Wide receivers
Tight ends
Offensive line
Defensive line
Linebackers/OLBs
Cornerbacks
Safeties
