No surprise here. A player without a position. When you look at Tucker's classes, man were they massive failures. Outside of the few big commits like Rice and Gonzales, his classes were awful.

Rivals has unveiled its transfer portal rankings and Colorado checks in at No. 1 on the list after pulling in a wave of transfers this offseason highlighted by the No. 1 overall player, Travis Hunter. The Buffs are 555 points better than the second team on the list, Arizona State, showing just how dominant Deion Sanders and his staff have been adding top transfers so far.

Pregame reading, we were able to speak to ADRG after the presser yesterday and long story short, he is pleased with what Coach Prime has brought to CU's table.

Two months of many FaceTimes, one-on-ones with players and parents, visits and explaining the vision of Colorado football produced a class that could renew hope for a program that lost it all not too long ago.

CU’s stock is looking up.

Exciting day ahead! Deion Sanders will be speaking tomorrow from 2 to 2:30 p.m and you can stream it live on BuffsTV.

The three Colorado-related announcements for tomorrow include Ellis Robinson IV, two-star CB William James and Cormani McClain. Robinson is announcing at 10 a.m. MST and he is likely to choose Georgia. James is heavily leaning toward Mississippi State. Eyes will be on McClain tomorrow to see if he makes it official with Colorado.

Comments invited from the haters. My opinion is this is a great hire. Payton is an offensive guru and QB guru. With Denver's defense being good as it is this should bode well going forward.

Today is just so anti climatic across the sport. I feel like with the early signing day, constant social media barrages on who is going where, transfer portal news, etc that the final signing day is just a big nothingburger. I hope some of the push from coaches to eliminate the early signing period comes to fruition.
I miss the excitement of the day and it just isn’t there in December when so many guys don’t sign and things are happening with actual games etc.

Hope we get what guys want today and land some guys but man I miss wasting a day at work refreshing to see who signed with us and across the country. I suspect the media misses it too and will be the driving force to somehow make things more exciting for eyeballs

They kept their Regis pipeline alive. Missed on the other 3 Regis preps but managed to snag Barnes. Barnes is a fast kid. A little light, but very fast.

An hour ago on Pac12 radio Gorney, unsolicited, tosses out quip that "Rumors are that [5*] Cormani McClain won't be signing with Colorado tomorrow after all" without mentioning any basis for such. Good Grief, WTF Dude? !

USC did beat out Oregon for him after all. He has a GF going to USC. Huge commitment for that program. All wasn't lost for Oregon though. They got super sprinter and CB Rod Pleasant. State record holder in the 100m in California. Glad we will never face Harbor. NFL #1 in 3 years. Pleasant will be top 5 unfortunately so we'll have to contend with him.

Now that my Hawks don’t have any more picks I hope Russ finds some success with Payton. Couldn’t be much worse!

Colorado gets mentioned twice with nods to the work Sanders has done.
I agree with the second writer who said Sanders had done great work but knows there is more work to be done. 23 transfers are a short term fix but 12 come from FCS and the rebuild is only going to happen with solid high school recruiting which is where Sanders is focused.
That writer gets what all good coaches including Sanders know. Nice to see us mentioned over and over for 23 and I think 2024 could be a top 20 class again with what I’m seeing so far.
Regardless of what happens tomorrow you have to call the salvaging of an absolutely dreadful recruiting class good work.
