Pre season game

I used to love the kick off classic. For about 10 years big names played each other. I’d love to see a weekend (0) that was all P5. Four on Saturday and 4 on Sunday that featured cross confernce teams. It would be an awesome kick off. Played here, in America, where it maters and fans can actually go and tailgate and enjoy it.

This is just silly. FSU a top 15 team versus GaTech, an awful team, in a country that could care less about football other than a place to go and see something novel and get drunk. It will be played at a stupid hour for fans in the US and be poorly watched.

Just dumb

Give me Ohio state versus USC or FSU vs Michigan or Bama vs Miami played during times people want ot watch at neutral sites where college fans can go. Why is it so hard to figure out maximum ratings?

Updated Colorado coaching hot board

I probably mistimed this with it coming out the same morning CU basketball lands a five-star recruit, but as promised, I have an updated coaching hot board a month into the search.

A lot of the same candidates from the first one are on there, but there are some notable changes. Among them...

- The addition of TCU offensive coordinator Garrett Riley, Oregon offensive coordinator Kenny Dillingham and San Jose State head coach Brent Brennan

- I took off Utah State head coach Blake Anderson, Army head coach Jeff Monken and Kent State head coach Sean Lewis

- I moved Tulane head coach Willie Fritz up to my top tier of candidates. He was the first candidate in the second tier on the original list and with the season the Green Wave is having, he's that much more attractive of an option for CU. I think he'd be a fantastic hire

- I moved Dan Mullen down to the second tier. I really don't envision him ending up here. More of a gut feeling

As always, let me know if you have any questions

Spring Preview: Buffs' juniors could form robust safety/nickel group

There's a reason why Sanders and the defensive coaching staff anticipate building the defense from the outside-in. It's not only because Travis Hunter, but Colorado's stacked safety group. Full preview of the safety/nickel group ⬇️ Nikki note: Get excited for Myles Slusher.
