Didn't want to freak anyone out with a cryptic title in this post, so that explains the parenthesis, but Philadelphia OL commit Naquil Betrand I've heard will visit Colorado by the end of June once again, with this set to be the second time he's been on campus since committing.
However, I don't believe he's taking an OV. From what I understand, if he does take an official, it'll be during the 2022 season. That's not abnormal by any means; lots of kids prefer to keep their OV in the back pocket until they can put it towards attending an actual game on-campus in the fall.
I think all the dialogue around Betrand, and I admit I've echoed this, has been one of concern, given all the new offers he's receiving. However, that he'll be coming out to Colorado twice on his own dime does indicate his interest in CU remains strong.
