Three-star JuCo DE Shamar Hamilton signed with Colorado, and he told me today that he wasn't able to do so on December 14 due to delays with getting his grades in.
Once he was cleared, he signed with the Buffs - that was on Thursday. Colorado has not announced the signing though.
A Colorado spokesperson said that they will announce a signing [Hamilton in this case] when compliance gives them the greenlight that all of the paperwork is complete.. I expect this to happen in the next couple of days, but there's really not a rush on it from the CU side of things.
Hamilton will begin classes at CU on January 17.
