Breakaway dunks following a steal, those beautifully orchestrated lobs from McKinley Wright IV to Tyler Bey that the latter would slam dunk, Daylen Kountz driving to the net and slamming the ball down with one hand — don't think I could tally more than a half dozen dunks collectively by CU this season.
Needless to say, in addition to a litany of other offensive issues, there's certainly been a lack of flare or excitement in regards to how this team is scoring points. I miss those big dunks.
So I guess we'll take what we can get so here's a quick vid of incoming freshman SG Dominique Clifford with a pretty dominating dunk the other day.
Clifford, O'Brien, Keeshawn Barthelemy and (please Santa) Tari Eason ... those boys forming a new nucleus for Colorado starting in 2020 — that'd be a hell of a freshman class.
