NIL in the Big-12

I've been trying to get a fix on how competitive things will be in the Big-12 with NIL collectives and payouts. Anecdotally, for example, there've been statments that Texas Tech is well funded. If anyone has good information on NIL in any of the 16 Big-12 schools, it would be interesting to know.

I ran across this article on UCF. It appears that they're going to be a 'player' in the NIL wars in our new conference.
