This announcement was delayed by a few days but nonetheless, Colorado has now officially added a commitment from Arkansas transfer running back Isaiah Augustave. He will join the Buffs as a sophomore after rushing for 202 yards on 35 carries in 2023. As a freshman last year, he shined to end the season with 181 yards on the ground in the final two games. He visited Arizona last weekend but opted instead to join the Buffs quickly following that trip.

You can read @Troy Finnegan's full story about the new addition for the CU running back room above.

This Guy

Not a lot of attention was paid to Nikai Hill-Green's transferring to the Buffs. This fellow is a quality person and quality athlete. If he doesn't get injured - it will be hard to take him off the field as a MLB. Uniquely, Kai transferred out of the Mich. program one year prior to the National Championship - to follow his favorite coach to a HC opportunity in Charlotte. I think he was very thoughtful with answers to interviews I have seen him give. He and Bentley appear to be the starters in the middle.

Sorry to be so late! As you can see very few current stories are available. I got out of my house at zero dark 30 and drove 90 minutes for a medical appointment. I spent another an extra hour scouring "The Webz" for stories. No luck!

CU WBB - has another transfer

It looks to me like Coach Payne is sweeping up talent from the old Pac12. 8 Women from international locales on the roster - taller team than recent teams. The talent may approximate last year's team in talent. It will be very interesting to watch Payne and her staff put this team together. One Scholly left to hand out.

Long snapper Kameron Hawkins, formerly of Arizona, has announced his transfer to Colorado this afternoon. Hawkins was a scholarship guy at Arizona and considered one of the top prospects at his position coming out of high school but never quite had an opportunity to do much in four seasons in Tucson. He’ll head to CU with two seasons of remaining eligibility.
