I know the video was posted but reading it was more enlightening ...

The first three weeks he skipped the team meetings he had scheduled with us. The first three weeks we were working out we did not get to see him, talk to him, interact with him, hear from him – nothing."
“He keeps the door to his office closed and usually during practice he’s on the golf cart, so your personal intimate interaction with him is pretty limited.”
“He made himself very unapproachable with his door being closed and the sign that says ‘DON’T COME IN UNLESS ASKED TO COME IN.'"
"He’s got a red carpet outside his door that says 'DON’T STEP ON THIS MAT UNLESS YOUR SHOES ARE OFF, DON’T COME IN UNLESS INVITED.’”
“I went to shake Deion’s hand [after being cut from the team] and said ‘Thank you, Coach’, and he said ‘Yeah, buddy, you got it’ and pointed at the door. He wouldn’t even look me in the eye.’”
"I was alone in the elevator with him. I’d say ‘Hey, Coach Prime, how you doing, it’s good to see you’. He was on his phone typing and he would just look up at me and go back to his phone. Not even a nod. No acknowledgement that I was even there. Flat-out ignored me."
"I did the same thing [in the elevator], 'Hey, Coach, how you doing?' and he looked up from his phone and said 'Hey, buddy, press 5.' So, I pressed the fifth floor and just shut up. That was the fourth time I tried to speak with him alone. I was trying to talk to him man-to-man and he wouldn't acknowledge me."
"He's dapping up all the people he brought in, and hugging on the players that came with him from Jackson, and the guys he brought in from south Florida and all these other schools, and wouldn't even nod in my direction."
"I thought he was going to come in and mentor me and kind of take me under his wing because he wanted to see people like me who grew up with their mom and are of African-American descent excel. And then to be ignored and eventually dismissed hurt."
"They told me [an injured walk-on player] through email you had to be an 'active member of the team to be on the sideline.' Obviously, The Rock and Lil Wayne are active members of the roster."
"Typically, at the spring game when the parents fly in they get to meet the position coach and meet the head coach. Deion had been our coach for five months at that time and he refused to meet with any of the parents. That set off red flags in my mom's head."
