Although unlikely, I wrestle with this. Before the season I would have said 7-5 would have given the staff at least one more year. However, losing 5 in a row and showing gross-ineptitude along the way have made me feel they need to be replaced either way. The team looks like they have checked out on this staff (especially on offense), so I'm of the mindset the change is necessary no matter how the season ends. To me, keeping this staff endangers some of the foundational changes that have been made to the program over the last 6 years in way of added support, facilities, etc.
