What do College Football Fans Today Want?

Plummeting student attendance at college football games, down 7.1% since 2009, has ADs scrambling to connect the future donors to their programs. What do the 18-22 year old students want? It isn't Wi-Fi access, but restrooms and concessions, and I thought that it was just an old man problem. Does $170 mil buy some additional modern bathrooms, or am I still going to be lined up peeing in the same Folsom trough that I did 47 years ago?
