We cannot fire this staff fast enough

All of them.

I've suffered through the last 15 years like everyone. This is as horrible of a product, especially offensively, as I've seen save the 2012 season. It's incomprehensible how this team started 5-0 even given the weak schedule.

They don't know how to play football. This staff doesn't know how to coach. They don't recruit well, they can't game plan, they don't understand offensive schemes. Mike Leach can roll out a new QB every year and they throw for 5,000 yards, and our stud veteran NFL caliber QB looks like Gus the kicking mule and tosses for 175 and poses no threat and can't read the field and get's flustered and flushed out of the pocket one out of every three pass plays.

Nobody, NOBODY loses 7 straight game after starting 5-0. NOBODY goes 0-fer over the course of two years in bowl qualifying games when all you need to do is get 1 win. That alone should get you fired.

No self-respecting program goes 11 years with only 1 bowl game. NOBODY. If you're a coach during that wonderful run and can't turn the tide, you should be fired.

MacIntyre has taken us from a horrible team to a slightly less horrible team. Congratulations and thank you. This team is as pathetic as any garbage Hawkins trotted out, and the sad thing is the talent level is far superior to what is was then.

This is a coaching abomination. This is a team that held a 31-3 lead in the 3rd quarter over the worst team in the FBS and LOST. The staff should have not even been allowed to leave the stadium on their own accord. They should have been escorted off the premises and had their belongings delivered to them. They had a 4 touchdown lead against a team that never beats ANYONE and, wait for it, they lost.

They had a four touchdown lead, at home, and got beat by one of the worst teams in the modern FBS era. They lost, in their home stadium, to a team that gives up 50 points to EVERYBODY because the offense couldn't find a way to score more than 10 points in the second half, AT HOME, and they needed a blocked PAT to even send it to OT. And if the defense hadn't scored a pick 6 it wouldn't have even been that close.

So what do you do? Do you say, well let's just see what happens next week? Do you say, well we're still in contention for a bowl game? Do you say, let's just ride this out?

No. You fire everyone. Now. No, you don't get another game. There's no explaining what happened. This is football malpractice. You're gone. Goodbye. Fired.

This staff is an amalgamation of losers. It's been proven, there's no debate, it's in the record, it's black and white. No more evidence is needed. They can't get it done, and now they're not even coming close.

Halfway through the 4th quarter CU had run less than five plays in the opponent's territory. At home. With a bowl berth on the line. With a chance to make a statement against another average team that happened to be ranked in the top 10. Washington State if full of kids that CU TURNED DOWN. And yet CU barely managed to cross the 50 yard line.

No, this staff does not get another game. They are done. It's over. The record speaks for itself. And no, I don't feel better. I feel sick. I feel like I've done something wrong with my life to care about CU so much. There's so little joy it brings, year after year. There has to be some break to this. Some balancing out of all this ****ing misery. Are you serious we can't find a way to win just six games more than once in 11 years to get to a bowl?

Colorado will be going on 7 out of 8 seasons finishing last in their division since joining the PAC. Five of them under MacIntyre. This is a program that once won a national championship. Fire them all. Now. No more information is needed.
