Two Players Who Stood Out - Need Help

There were two players I noticed (a lot) yesterday at the scrimmage. One was TE Danny Galloway, who seemed to catch everything thrown to him in drills. The other was DE Aaron Howard, who looks the part in scrimmaging. (I think he had a couple of "sacks" in the scrimmage.)

Adam, anyone, what is the background of these two players? I know that Galloway has to sit out the 2015 season.
