A few FutureCasts (including myself) are now in for the Buffs to land 2021 QB Drew Carter, who is set to make a commitment on the 3rd of August. We've certainly seen on the QB front this 2021 cycle that it ain't over till it's over, yet the outlook for Carter appears to be increasingly favorable for the Buffs.
