When was the last time a CU HC has made changes immediately following the season?
That's not a point, that's an honest question. I am coming up blank. Under Barnett, we had coaches poached and replaced. Under Hawkins we had coaches poached and replaced. Under Embree, everyone came back for their second year.
It was mentioned by someone last week CU dealing with one year contracts, it's already harder to get coaches to come here. Allowing them to find soft landing spots before being publicly fired doesn't seem like a BFD to me. As long as shits getting worked out.
