I just read in the news stand the Texas Governor approving 50 percent stadium capacity. If we assume this might be the norm where does that leave visiting team fans? I don’t know how many teams have season ticket sales of half or near half capacity. Even if it’s 35-40 percent will teams want to tell their own fans they can’t attend to save seats for visiting fans? I don’t know how contracts on this work but it seems home field advantage could be magnified under rules this fall. Does anyone with more knowledge know how allotments work and how this might change things for traveling fans?
