I'm not a huge complainer about ticket prices because I understand supply and demand, but CU's ticket prices are comical.
Considering the product on the field, I watched my season ticket jump nearly 35% this year, and yes I renewed.
Being an out of state season ticket holder for 20 years, I give the games I don't attend to family members and friends at a
cordail price, or most of the time free.
When I'm in town I'll normally like to buy more tickets for friends and family to come along.
This years prices are mind boggling to say the least! I've never seen this type of gouging from CU.
I've sat in Section 121 Row 37 since the beginning, which are middle of the road as far as pricing goes.
Here's the breakdown for single game tickets for the upcoming season. Season ticket holders vs Non-season on the CU
website as of July 19 in section 121 and 120
TCU $66 vs $83
UCLA $83 vs $99
Cal $94 vs $110
ASU $66 vs $83
UO $105 vs $121
Utah $66 vs $83
Pretty sure I'll be using the secondary ticket market for TCU, UCLA, and Utah.....
After some research, this puts CU in the top 3 for ticket prices in the PAC 12.
