I’ve stated before that IMO Lewis is simply not a Power 5 level QB and I think that’s become pretty obvious by his play this year…
So looking forward we have Carter, who for some unknown reason they won’t let play… and Shrout coming back for next season after his injury. We also have Jordan W the walk-on and the other walk-on I can’t remember his name. 100% we will pickup a QB from the portal as well.
So I think next year Shrout will start and either Carter or whoever they get in the transfer portal will be the backup.
My guess is Lewis will transfer out once Shrout is the known starter. This is all assuming we don’t have a complete top-down coaching change which I doubt we will, likely only the OC and couple others.
