So i watched as WRLS is almost decapitated by USC #1. No penalty, no targeting. If #1 wasnt targeting a defensless player above the shoulders, what was he doing? He left the game anyway but USC should have been tagged for 15 yds and #1 should be sitting next week. All #1 needed to do was wrap him up around the waist and take him down but instead he sought helmet to helmet contact. The NCAA rule is below

Officials need to get a grip on this quickly. I dont know who the TV "expert" was that proclaimed that the hit was clean but i think he needs to brush up on the rules abit. We are lucky that LAviska was not injured more severly.
