David Tate Jr. is a three-star outside linebacker recruit from Fresno (Calif.) Edison. Since I last updated his recruitment, he has added an offer from Utah State. Colorado, Colorado State and Fresno State are his other offers, and a long list of schools started recruiting him during the spring evaluation period, including Arizona State and Michigan State. Tate Jr. plans to take a trip out to Colorado to visit both CU and CSU in June. He said he can't wait to see CU's facilities project and he is excited to head up to Fort Collins because he has a former teammate that plays for the Rams. Tate Jr. said he plans to wait until later in the process to decide. He has no intention to make a commitment anywhere this summer. I'll have more in a front page update tomorrow morning.
