Other than the Buffs epic win over UCF here are some other results of ganes played Saturday.
1) #1 Auburn cements it's hold on the top spot with an impressive win over #2 Bama in Tuscaloosa.
2) #3 Duke demolihes a bad Fyrd team 106-70.
3) #4 Florida still looking like a major force with a 88-67 beat-down of S.C.
4) #5 Tenn squeaks by Vandy 81-76. The Vols were down 14 at oine point
5) #6 Houston takes down #13 Zona 62-58 in Tucson. The Cougs are rolling with the best D in the Country and are shooting it dam good too
6) #16 Wiscy upsets #7 Purdue in Wsr Lafayette (no easy task). I ave to give Wiscy HC Greg Gard crediit. After some plus 25 years he scrapped that slow down offense and moved to a running team and it is paying off.
7) Unranked Texas beats #16 Kentucky 82-78 in Austin. A must m=win if the Horns want to get into the Tourney.
8) And... drum roll... Utah beats #17 KU 74-67 in SLC. I didn't see the game but I tjought I was reading it wrong. How the hell did this happen?
KU not as good as past years but man, Utah is not a very good team but congrats to the Utes and good luck to our Buffs next week.
