I got pulled into another discussion over CU's in-state recruiting efforts on Twitter. We're nearly 10 months away from signing day for 2016 and the Buffs are already getting criticism for not having an in-state commitment. It is always great to see local players earn offers but the key there is they should be earned, not just handed out because of their zip code.
