My concerns are that he missed a few throws. 3-4 obvious including the badly under thrown ball to Ross. In a big game where we need that big play, that duck can't happen. That's actually a ball up the line that needed zip, not lob. Basic cover 2 ball.
I'm encouraged by the fact that I didn't see one bad read. The offense seemed catered to him for once, and he made the most of it. Nothing mind numbing. He also made at least 3 perfect throws deep, including the back shoulder to Ross that was tough and not completed. But the ball was perfectly thrown. I also loved that we've fixed the screen mesh. The timing and delivery were perfect.
The fumbles are a separate issue because they're not quarterback specific. He wasn't making Sanchez mistakes.
