Poll: as more time passes...

As more time passes without official word from Webb, does it help or hurt our chances?

  • Helps. Buffs offer is just as good, if not better than Cal and he has deeper relationships at CU

  • Hurts. Why haven't we heard from him yet? If he knew where he was going he'd affirm.

Been a week now since the Cal meltdown. Emotions have settled some. Hopefully Webb has had time to consider the pros and cons of his opportunities as well as the depth of his relationships at the respective schools. I think the relationship part is where CU has to have an edge. Meanwhile, on paper, the opportunities are fairly equal but there I give a slight edge to CU too given the ability to make a splash and 18 starters coming back. He wins 7 games at CAL and it won't get much national press. But if wins 7 at CU, then believe it or not, CU's relative resurgance will likely be one of the "feel good" stories of 2016. A lot of college fans who were around in the 90s have fond (and now nostalgic) memories of the Buffs...it will be a national story.
