I was watching the game on the Pac12 online streaming coaxial lunar feed with short wave audio and I was curious as to why Dom didn't start. I got even more frustrated when Stalzer, who simply is not a high enough caliber player to help the Buffs, came in before Dom. Then after the game I am reasonably certain I saw a tweet from Adam that said Dom was late to shoot around before the game. Is that right? If so, what in the world is going on here? I simply cannot comprehend first, after the season the Buffs have had, how a key player could be late, and second, doubly not understanding when you are one of the guys participation in this tournament is geared to.
I know the debate has raged on about the coaching, the players or the chemistry being the main issue with this season falling so far below expectations. I don't want to sound like a negative Nancy, but whomever is pulling the trigger on basketball schollies has missed badly on maturity and basketball skill with several players over the last two years. I hope I am overreacting and Dom, XJ, Hop, Scott and company blow the doors off another 20 win season, but I am not having a warm fuzzy feeling about the next couple of basketball seasons. Please tell me I have got it wrong. Thanks.
