This article isn’t particularly deep but it being written is. For a young man to have this written and to be so open about mental health in any regard is a big deal. Nice to see and if it helps guys with deeper issues come forward it can start to fix some of the issues around men and mental health - specifically athletes which have been bred to be “strong” etc.
