Please use this thread for all of your commentary during tonight's game. With snow falling on the drive in, it does indeed feel like basketball season. Between the weather, the opponent and the fact students are on winter break, I can't imagine we'll have much of a crowd in here tonight. The game will tip-off shortly after 7 pm (MST) with television coverage on the Pac-12 Network. Here are some pre-game notes:
- George King has as many points through two games (41) as he did in 27 games as a true freshman in 2013-14.
- The Buffs return home after beginning the season with two games away from the Coors Events Center for the first time since 2003-04.
- Portland is 1-1 to begin the season. The Pilots won their season-opener against Oregon Tech before falling on the road to UC Davis. Portland's perimeter game has been an early strong point as the Pilots have hit 25 3-pointers in their first two games at a 41 percent clip.
- The Pilots are led by senior guard Bryce Pressley. He is averaging 20 points, seven rebounds and two assists per game.
- Eric Reveno is in his 10th season as Portland's head coach. The Pilots finished with a 17-16 record last season.
