Dontay Bassett, a 6-foot-9, 215-pound power forward prospect from Florida, said his trip to Colorado this weekend left more of an impression on him than his first official visit out to Oregon State. He plans to visit Florida next month before deciding. Those are his three finalists. Bassett has only been playing organized basketball for three years so he appears to have a lot of upside. He is a versatile player that dominates mostly at the prep level around the rim because of his size, but colleges like his ability to step out and shoot.
