Colorado has two ILB commits (one HS and one JuCo) so I don't think they'll take Matthew Tago, but who knows with recruiting.
Tago, a long time CU target, said that CU is a school that's recruiting him the hardest. My guess is that they haven't been recruiting him much since they landed the commitment from Clyde Moore, but over the entirety of his recruitment, CU has been recruiting him hard.
