Here's everything Karl Dorrell had to say today following Colorado's sixth practice of fall camp Tuesday, which was the first time the Buffs practiced in full pads.

Notably, graduate transfer linebacker Jack Lamb had an interception during a third down sequence during today's practice.

I also asked Dorrell who has been in the mix for kick returner thus far into camp; the injured Maurice Bell handled kickoff duties last fall for CU, so with him gone obviously the Buffs will need to settle on some other players. Dorrell also commented on the punt return game:

Dorrell: "The punt return guy is still Dimitri (Stanley), he's still really good at what he does. We have some good, quality backups in both of those areas. La'Vontae (Shenault) is going to be a part of that equation — both punt and kickoff returns — Brenden Rice, who had the only punt return for a touchdown last year, he's going to be involved as both a punt returner and kick returner, Gonzo (Christian Gonzalez), we're going to have him back there. He had some offensive experience in high school, was a dynamic player offensively and he shows to have some potential there as a kickoff returner there, so he's back there too. And Jarek Broussard is one of the guys who works back there, so is Deion Smith and a number of other guys but I'd say those three or four names are the core guys in both of those areas."
