I was reading the thread about Bell potentially committing to CU today and it got me thinking about the skill position players on the roster the next couple of seasons.
2016 WR's: Fields, Winfree, Ross, Huntley, Bobo, Walker, MacIntyre, Ento
2016 RB's: Lindsay, Carr, Adkins, Lee, Bisharat, Julmisse
2016 TE's/H-Backs: Irwin, Frazier, Keeney
Those are some good weapons for Lindgren and Chiaverini to put to use. Lots of highly rated talent out of HS at the WR position in particular. Obviously we have a big ? at QB for the time being and our OLine needs to show improvement. But if you allow yourself to assume that Liufau and Irwin will be 100% then it looks pretty good on paper.
The best part is basically everybody returns in 2017. We just really need Montez to develop into a quality Pac12 QB by that point and we should have an explosive offense in '17:

The fact that we start off with a very favorable OOC schedule in '17 of CSU, Texas State, and Northern Colorado shouldn't hurt either.
It's been said thousands of times but the important of having a good 2016 squad really cannot be under stated...
