I'm excited to introduce Nicolette Edwards as our lead team reporter moving forward. I expect to have some other contributors who I'll introduce when confirmed, but Nicolette will be our beat writer. I'm going to have her hop on here this evening and introduce herself further, but what I can tell you is she comes into the role already knowing the ins and outs of the team and program, which was really important as I assessed candidates for the position.
She graduated from Colorado in May with a journalism degree and gained some great experience along the way, including leading the sports coverage for The Bold, a start-up student-run publication. She's both a good writer and experienced on the video production side as well, so we will try to utilize her skill set in a creative way this fall.
