Thanks to NC's link to the CU at the Game Blog, the Washington writer mentioned that Washington fans were really upset that they didn't offer Sefo and instead offered and got a commitment from 4 star Troy Williams, who the Buffs were also recruiting. He goes on to give a pretty fair assessment of Sefo so far as well.
