I have to say I am thrilled with the way HCDS has transformed the roster. He walked into a team that was out of shape, weak, unmotivated, with no spark albeit maybe with some talent. THe number 1 thing he had to do was change the culture from a "free lunch" culture to a "no free lunch" culture and everyone on the existing roster was deemed as part of the problem. Had to happen and I for one am thrilled the transfer portal is available to complete the task quickly.
SOme guys leaving may well have talent to play at the next level and they may have just gotten the wake up call they needed to have a chance. Good luck to them.
