There was a pair of offers that rolled in yesterday in addition to what I reported with respect to Demetrice Martin's initial offer as a member of CU's staff. Here's what we got.

1. Benjamin Morrison, 2022 CB. Morrison is a 5-foot-11, 160-pound corner from Phoenix, Ariz. attending Brophy Prep. ASU, Indiana and Iowa are the schools to have currently offered him.

Martin and Brian Michalowski shot him an offer yesterday; I believe he is actually a cousin of Jason Harris.

This seems like a textbook example of Martin, who obviously has recruited the greater Phoenix area whilst at U of A, and Michalowski, who left a solid footprint there for Colorado during the 2020 cycle, joining forces, tag teaming the area and getting to work.

I like how that neck of the woods is being attacked. Having Martin on staff will only increase CU's presence in Arizona.

Pretty effective coverage skills for an underclassmen; hit under-six-foot frame also does not appear to be a hinderance.

2. Calen Bullock, 2021 ATH. This is once again Martin's doing, as yesterday he offered the four-star, 6-foot-2 ATH from Pasadena, Calif.

Bullock is now up to 19 offers; lots of Pac-12 interest there, Florida and Texas have also joined the mix via scholarship offers. Martin has a reputation of recruiting California and thus far, he's not disappointed in terms of evidence that he'll hit that area hard.

Would love to see a 40 time for this guy; versatile athlete who looks like he could learn any spot in a secondary.
