Notes from MacIntyre
- The team watched the eclipse (with their glasses on) and had a good time.
- The Buffs were in pads today and Mac thought they had a good practice. They are starting to dial back on the hitting with the start of the season being so soon.
- Mac said that the O-line is hitting on all cylinders and feels good about that group.
- Isaiah Oliver, Jay MacIntyre, and Ronnie Blackmon will be punt returners.. At kick returner, Lee Walker, Ronnie Blackmon, and KD Nixon were mentioned. Phillip Lindsay probably won't be featured much at all.
- Mac said that Javier Edwards and Josh Tupou are real similar. They're both big, strong guys with the ability to move. Mac noted that Edwards has a lot of talent but hasn't seen him in a game yet.
- Leo Jackson has been playing really well, per Mac. He also noted Mulumba, Umu, and Franke on the D-line has guys who have impressed. He also talked a bit about George Frazier.
- Dylan Keeney is recovering well and hopes to get him back full speed soon.
- Mac said that the kicking competition is even.
