Good time, won't be able to make it 90% sure, which is a bummer great friend of mine is a GT grad and has like 8 buddies flying in would have been a great tailgate on the field
Oooh. The 8:00 p.m. Eastern time on the Friday night, starting the Labor Day weekend is just perfect. It'll have a huge audience and will send the message nationally that CU is Big Time, Prime Time. Perfect.
Like it! For those of us who will be there, (and have a drive) this means getting home at a reasonable time, vs the 1:00am, or later, when the games start at 8:00, which usually is more like 8:15.
Now I can make the game. There was a rumor we would be the late start and I was pretty bummed ditching my seats game 1. 6 is doable though and should be nice temps.
Will the Delaware game be the first Buffs game on ESPN+?
There are only not counting the CU game there are 5 other D1A vs Big 12 game. Iowa at Iowa State is the only Power vs Big 12 game. I am not sure with the new contract how many games each week the Big 12 will get on ABC/ESPN/Fox/FS1. There is also the TNT games that are likely to be games that would have been on ESPN+, that ESPN is sublicensing to TNT.
Will the Wyoming game be after dark?
The candidates (schools ESPN has conference TV right with located in the west) with home games are:
Wyoming at Colorado
Texas Tech at Utah
