This was the deepest class I can remember since subscribing to this site in 2005 and we missed on a lot of the top players. Let's see where this class is at now:
Top 15
1. Cyler Miles - QB signed with: Washington
Started for Washington last year after being suspended and had an up and down year. Took a "leave of absence" from the team and isn't expected to return.
2. Joey O'Connor - OL signed with: Ohio State
Transferred to CSU after being injured during his redshirt year. Had to retired due to injuries unfortunately.
3. Paul Thurston - OL signed with: Nebraska
Played a little bit last year as 3rd string center, is currently back up center.
4. Shane Callahan - OL signed with: Auburn
Transferred to CU and is currently in a battle to start at RG.
5. Alex Kozan - OL signed with: Auburn
Started as a RS frosh and was a freshmen all-american. He missed last season due to back surgery but is still being listed as an All-American candidate.
6. Evan Bayliss - TE signed with: Oregon
Didn't play much until injuries forced him on the field late last season. Logged 6 catches for 73 yards in the national semifinal win over FSU and 5 catches for 25 yards in a national championship loss to Ohio State. Expected to be the starter this year.
7. Clay Norgard - RB signed with: Colorado
Has moved around a bit, but has finally found a home at DT. He played 59 defensive snaps last year, recording 3 tackles and 1 sack.
8. Tyler Henington - DT signed with: Colorado
Played his first two years on campus at DT, but shifted to DE before the start of last season. He tore his ACL and redshirted last year.
9. Kevin Davis - LB signed with: Colorado State
Played a back-up role last year as a RS Soph, is expected to start this year at WLB.
10. Steve Donatell - QB signed with: Wake Forest
Redshirted his freshmen year, then played as a RS frosh at LB before being injured after 3 games. Played sparingly last year and has apparently moved to TE.
11. Austin Apodaca- QB signed with: Washington State
After redshirting and playing sparingly the following year, he was in the mix for the starting job, but left the team during the spring. He went to a junior college and has landed at the University of New Mexico. He is currently in a battle with the incumbent to start in 2015.
12. Max McCaffrey - WR signed with: Duke
Has played all 3 years, starting since his sophomore year at Duke. Last year he had 37 catches for 385 yards and 3 TD's.
13. Michael Mann - DE signed with: Duke
Has played 11 snaps in 3 games during his career. He will be a RS Jr this year.
14. Arthur Flores - OL signed with: San Diego State
