Colorado has made a couple more recent offers in the 2023 class as the coaches continue to assemble the group in the current cycle. Here's a look at the latest pair of offers handed out by the Buffs in recent days.
Other notable offers: Tennessee (committed); Texas A&M, Notre Dame, Arkansas, Georgia Tech, SMU
Jack Luttrell is one of the more widely-known recruits in the class as he has a massive following on social media (TikTok), and his recruitment has been mostly settled for a while now after he committed to Tennessee over a year ago. Schools have mostly stayed away, but he has some connections out west through his 7v7 team that has the Buffs interested enough to offer him. He's only had positive things to say about the Vols and his commitment to that program, so it does not seem likely that he will will flip. However, it is interesting that CU is making an offer right now. When the process gets to this stage in the year schools tend to not offer a recruit unless they have a good feeling they can pull him in or sway him away from his current commitment. He'll be one to keep an eye on as the process moves ahead. CU definitely is working to make him a priority right now.
Other notable offers: Louisiana Lafayette
Another interesting offer for the Buffs came through recently when the program jumped into the recruitment of Hutchinson Community College defensive lineman Jerrell Boykins, who is a bounce-back player from Louisiana Tech. Boykins, who is from Gonzales, Louisiana, didn't play during his lone season at La Tech and is now taking the junior college route to get back to the Division I level. Boykins held several Power Five offers early in his recruitment as a high school player with Texas A&M, Ole Miss, Arkansas, Kansas and Virginia being some of the schools that offered him as a member of the 2021 class. He recently visited Louisiana Lafayette and came away with an offer from that program, but so far only CU and Louisiana have offered him as a JUCO player.
