Weather could not have been better. Perfect night. Buffs look good. Just some observations:

- WR's continue to look pretty good. But there were more dropped balls tonight than at other practices. Top 6 looks pretty good/set: Spruce, Fields, Ross, Bobo, Lee and JMac. Spruce has best hands on the team but JMac isn't very far behind.

- DB's look good also. Crawley, Auwize, Thompson, Moeller, and Witherspoon look very good. Definitely will be a lot more interceptions than last yr. Awuzie and Crawley are really, really good DB's. In a little taste of one vs one in front of the whole team, Awuzie covered Spruce like a blanket and knocked down the pass.

- OL giving QB time. They should be solid. Disappointing that one on one's between the OL and DL were as far away from the fans as possible with the DL forming a wall between the action and the fans. Would of loved to see some of the action. The cheering from both sides was pretty good.

- QB: Sefo solid. Montez looks like the best prospect at QB in a long time.

- TE: Irwin continues to look good and Jones made some plays.

- RB: Tough to see much and tell much since there was no tackling. Lindsay and Powell had a couple of pop throughs for gains but tough to tell if they would of been tackled or not. Best explosive play was by Carr. He caught a short pass and just exploded into White as he was being tackled. Carr was definitely the hitter in that collision and he moved the pile. Carr wasn't with the 1's and 2's but he is definitely flashing. Lindsay also had a pretty good lick on Samson in pass protection.

That's it for now. If I think of more, I'll add.
