Had a friend from Atlanta text me today about CU "backing out" of playing CSU. Apparently he was listening to sports radio there and they were talking about CU deciding not to renew the series with CSU. They said the series was only benefitting CSU, but that's because CSU was also winning...
I sent my friend a dissertation in response on the subject, but that still doesn't affect how obnoxious this topic is going to be. I would imagine the Denver media will bring up the same tired storyline leading up to the game in September.
Guess all we can do about it is take care of business and roll those f***s from now until 2020 to end that line of thinking.
