Andre' Hart using the spring to evaluate Colorado's linebackers

Plenty of positives coming out of the LBs room, but there are still areas where Buffs need to, "toughen up."

More on Hart's comments from Thursday's presser:

WBB News - Lauren Betts leaving the Cardinal

Former Colorado prep and nation's top recruit has decided that she will not continue the train of Coloradans that have gone to Stanford unwittingly. 4 of the state's #1s have gone there in the past 4 years and none were full time starters. Prechtel should have left years ago, but getting Betts in the black and gold would be HUGE! This, and another guard addition, would totally turn Colorado around from a fringe top 25 team to a potential contender. Not only this, but if we could land the elder Betts, all 6'7" of her, she has a younger sister who might honestly be better. Grandview star Sienna Betts is a total stud. She has a better offensive game than her sister and is more athletic. Sienna will be a program changer. I'm guessing (shooting in the dark really), we get big sister, then little sister will follow. If all that happens, we'll have to pay JR again because the big money poachers in the SEC will come for sure.

How former Colorado standouts did in the NBA this season

I figured with the NBA regular season now over, it would be a good time to look at how former CU stars did in 2022-23

It's noted in the story, but it's interesting that a) there are five former Buffs in the league right now, tied for the most at one time ever and b) three of the five are pretty important contributors to their teams. Not a lot of programs outside of your Dukes, Kentuckys, etc can make that second claim

Teams trying to pry Winston Watkins Jr. away from Colorado & Deion Sanders

Colorado WR commit Winston Watkins Jr. on:
-The teams trying to pry him away from Deion Sanders & the Buffs
-Learning from Travis Hunter and Cormani McClain
-Trying to recruit Stacy Gage, Colin Simmons, Anquon Feagans, & Bryce Underwood

CU Gear?

Anyone know if the "I Believe", "I Aint Hard to Find", "Coach Prime" and other Buffs gear worn by HCDS and other staff members are officially licensed and available for sale or just created for the coaching staff?

I've seen that with other schools too where the players or coaching staff have access to exclusive designs that aren't sold to the public.

Pressers: Bill O'Boyle and Trevor Woods

Not one Colorado offensive lineman has earned a number yet, and OL coach Bill O'Boyle discusses what he's looking for out of the group and what specific players are bringing to the table. Safety Trevor Woods has earned his number, and he discusses how he's adapting to Colorado's new system and staff.

Deion meets Ralphie

The school should pay him from the marketing budget rather than the athletic budget. I see Colorado everywhere now, hadn’t seen anything in 2 decades.
