Is Friday Our Last Dance With Travis and Shedeur?

If so, it's been a helluva ride. If a short one.

Travis Hunter may be the best player I ever saw in a CU uniform. Just a generational talent. As for Shedeur . . . well, there a lot there. Mostly great, some I could do without. I will say this: Shedeur might be the toughest hombre I ever saw at QB at CU. Right up there with Sefo. Shedeur was was this close to having his knee completely blown out by that cheap shot from that Kansas galoot. And having his pro career destroyed. And if #2 wants to sit out the bowl game after that scare, I don't blame him a bit. Same for Travis. If they play in the bowl, great. But I don't expect it. And that's OK.

While we'll all miss those guys . . . it's time to get on with the real world of college football without the Generational Unicorn and Prime's talented kid.

Halley's Comet is going to the pros. We need to retire the microwave and start cooking with gas again. I hope Deion sticks around and finds the recipe book . . .
