Like last year, we are opening up voting for the Top 40 Buffs Countdown to everyone on the board. We will combine your votes with my votes and Tyler's votes, then begin our countdown. I decided Samson Kafovalu will be eligible for the list, but Dino Gordon and N.J. Falo won't be since their situation is less resolved at this point.
