My return was accepted on 2/17. Still no info on DOR website, no refund by direct deposit (chosen method) or paper check. According to a 7 News article, they must send the refund within 21 days for people who filed between Feb 1 and Feb 28 or they owe a 5% penatly plus interest. Today is the 21st day.
