Normally, I'm on the edge of my chair, sweating out every possession, yelling at the cat and watching my Garmin heart rate monitor go into the red for 3 hours.
This year? Well, set the way back machine to 2012. I watch dispassionately, knowing we have no shot to win any game. No stress, no agita. I might as well be watching a WWII documentary - mass carnage, and I KNOW what the result will be.
Do I want the Buffs to win? Well, yeah. Kinda. But not if it means KOVID Karl gets some short term employment traction as a result - I want that guy gone. Sooner, rather than later. God help me, I am almost (hell, maybe I'm there) rooting for CU to get demolished to hasten the departure of the Keystone Kops running the CUAD.
